Flow of spray-drying contract processing

We will process with strict adherence to the delivery date! We will submit a quote based on the results of the test prototype.

We would like to introduce the process from when you start considering our services to the delivery of the powdered product. First, please contact us via our website or by phone. After a meeting and proposal, we will conduct test processing using a testing machine (prototype production). (The initial test with the testing machine is free!) After that, if you evaluate the prototype and are satisfied, we will proceed to test processing with the actual production machine. If you are satisfied with the prototype from the actual production machine, we will provide you with a quotation based on the test results. After confirming the order and processing details, we will carry out the actual production. We will ensure timely delivery to the specified location. We accept small-scale prototypes aimed at mass production!

The prototype using the lab equipment will be conducted for free on the first attempt!

Lab machine small quantity (atomizer type disk, pin type) - Required amount of raw material: 2-5kg (first time free*) - Processing speed: dries 0.5-2kg/h of raw material - Possible liquid properties: water-based emulsion, slurry Liquid viscosity below 100mPa·s (consultation required for viscosity exceeding 100mPa·s) No corrosion to iron or SUS304 *This is limited to one time only for each company. Only companies with previous experience in drying using a spray dryer are accepted for prototype production with mass production machines. Mass production machine (atomizer type disk, vane type, Kessner type) - Required amount of raw material: 300kg or more (paid) - Processing speed: dries 150-300kg/h of raw material (depends on raw material properties and drying conditions) - Possible liquid properties: same as lab machine [Flow of contract processing] ■ Inquiry for contract processing (please send an email to inquiry@sd-science.co.jp) → Meeting (confirmation of raw material characteristics, product specifications, schedule adjustments, etc.) → Test processing with trial machine (will be conducted as closely as possible to customer requests)
